TTVR – Trust Turbine Varnish Removal
Advanced Lubricant Chemistry Management
JSC Trust Turbine Varnish Removal (TTVR) is a skid-mounted lubricant conditioning system designed to restore and maintain lubricant chemistry by removing harmful chemical breakdown products while they are still dissolved in the oil.
Unlike conventional filtration methods that primarily target contaminants after they have formed, TTVR addresses the underlying chemical degradation of the lubricant. By removing dissolved degradation products before they become saturated and precipitate, the system helps prevent varnish formation and the accumulation of harmful contaminants within the oil reservoir.
Ion to Ion bonding Technology
TTVR utilizes ion to ion bonding technology to remove chemical breakdown products and varnish precursors at the molecular level. This innovative process helps restore the lubricant’s chemical condition and maintain its performance during continued operation.
By targeting the products of lubricant oxidation and degradation directly, TTVR helps restore key lubricant properties, including acid number, demulsibility, and overall oil condition.
Prevent Varnish at the Source
TTVR is designed to address varnish formation before it becomes a reservoir and equipment problem. Continuous lubricant conditioning helps prevent the buildup of dissolved degradation products and reduces the potential for varnish deposits to form on critical turbine and rotating equipment components.
The result is cleaner, healthier lubricant chemistry, improved protection of critical equipment, and the potential for extended lubricant life and improved system reliability.
